This is the result (and this is her opinion, not mine):
"Re: Robert Smith b. 1876, d. 1912 Plot: Section 201, Lot 70, North Part, Grave West Line and James Wilson b. 1862, d. 1899 Plot: Sec. Wall, Lot 58, Row 2, Grave 5:
Both gentlemen were confirmed in Mt. Moriah's office as being present in their cemetery but the graves are in the sections that receive absolutely no maintenance.
If they could be found at all, any grave finder would need an army of landscapers to do it.
It is devastating to see the graves so poorly attended to. The deceased were buried long before perpetual care existed so they receive no care and from the looks of it the best thing that could happen to this cemetery which is still active would be for the neighborhood around it to be leveled.
Vandals have turned this into an amusement park for drunks and druggies. Sad."
UNBELIEVABLE! |
