I talked to the DOS today - the corporations department (
http://www.dos.state.pa.us/corps/site/default.asp ) and asked for the
names of the persons on the MM Incorporation documents . . .

There are no names on the document. The state does not require them.
(This can be verified by calling 717-787-1057.)
You can also order a photocopy of the document, but all the
information on the document is available on the above link (or below).
The next step is to contact the PA Revenue Dept and find out who is
signing their taxes.
